Absolutely! You can add as many user licenses as you need, whenever you need them. Just reach out to our support team, and weâll take care of it - prorated to keep all your licenses aligned on the same renewal schedule for your convenience.
First, itâs important to know that IGOR allocates storage based on your organization, not individual users. While each user license includes a storage allowance, we donât track or restrict usage on a per-user basis. Because IGOR is designed for collaboration, all data - including that created by former team members - is considered organizational data and contributes to a shared storage pool. Your total storage allowance is calculated based on the number of active user licenses in your subscription. If your team exceeds the cumulative storage limit, you can easily request additional storage at any time. We offer flexible add-on packages in 100 GB increments for a small additional fee.
